INFORMATION
Please contact us for shorter stay or weekend breaks
Prices include : Bed linen, hand and bath towels,
electricity and water (private water supply) Between October
and end March, there will be a surcharge for heating of
£20.00 per week. This will be charged at the time of
departure.
Terms: At the time of booking, we require 50% of the cost of
your stay to be paid in advance of your arrival. The balance
is then due 3 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit is non
refundable unless we are able to re-let the booking. (We
advise holiday insurance to be taken out.)
All prices should be confirmed at time of booking to avoid
confusion as rates will vary according to season.
