Prices include : Bed linen, hand and bath towels,
electricity and water (private water supply).
Culmhead House Heating : Between October
and end March, there will be a surcharge for heating of
£25.00 per week. This will be charged at the time of
arrival. Please ask at the time of booking about the
charges for heating as we wish there to be no
misunderstanding on this point.
Terms: At the time of booking, we require 50% of the cost of
your stay to be paid in advance of your arrival. The balance
is then due 3 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit is non
refundable unless we are able to re-let the booking. (We
advise holiday insurance to be taken out.)
All prices should be confirmed at time of booking to avoid
confusion as rates will vary according to season.
